The surprise that the employees at the Trossingen site gave their boss Klaus Tessari at the beginning of April was a success. In part of the newly built but still empty production hall, the workforce greeted the owner with thunderous applause. Mr. Tessari was visibly moved by the enthusiastic reception.

In the short speech, Felix Lohrer (Marketing) emphasized how surprising the development of TR has often been, how steady growth has also been expressed in the regular increase in the building stock. And now, Lohrer said, they are surprised and excited to see how the new building will make work processes more effective, streamline routes and give everyone more space to do their work again.

Together, the employees offered their congratulations with a song re-purposed for the occasion. Afterwards, those present were able to enjoy an extended breakfast break. At the same time, it was an opportunity to cautiously take a look at the (still empty) halls in the new building.

Claudia Tessari, daughter of the owner and member of the management, thanked those present for their cooperation over the past years, whether they had been part of TR's history for a long time or had only recently joined the company - they had played a considerable part in TR looking back on 40 successful years. Likewise, she expressed her delight that so many joined in the surprise for her father.

In the second half of the year, TR Electronic GmbH plans to put the new building in Eglishalde into operation. The new building was made necessary by the positive development of the company and will allow for more effective workplaces geared to the needs of processes and employees.
